Please read these terms carefully before using the pkbaje platform. By accessing the platform, you agree to all of these terms.

pkbaje ("we", "our", or "the platform") operates a reliable online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pkbaje and the user ("you" or "member"). 2. Account Opening Eligibility

3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

The security of your pkbaje account is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login details (password, username) with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pkbaje will not be liable for any loss resulting from delayed reporting.

3.3 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes (such as mobile number or email), you must inform us right away. pkbaje will not be responsible for any delays or complications in withdrawals caused by outdated information.

3.4 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any valid outstanding balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

pkbaje currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required during identity verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
  • Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • pkbaje reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious transactions or fraud.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pkbaje offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
  • Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
  • Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account.
  • pkbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • In any dispute relating to bonuses, pkbaje's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

pkbaje has four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Regular participation allows members to advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is added directly to the account balance.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

pkbaje offers live and pre-match betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA and other international tournaments), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been placed, pkbaje will determine the outcome according to its own policy and that decision will be final.

6.2 Casino and Slots

Casino games and slots are governed by the rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Cancelled and Disputed Bets

pkbaje reserves the right to cancel or re-settle any bet due to technical errors, data feed issues, or any other reason. If a bet is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

  • Arbitrage betting or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
  • Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance will be forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

pkbaje believes that recreational betting is enjoyable and not harmful. To support this, we provide the following protective measures:

  • Deposit limit setting — members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
